Usual signs of trouble include hearing a motor but the cover won't move, the cover won't open or close completely, or the cover is out of alignment. We're also glad to provide service when a hole or tear in the cover is too big for you to patch.
Most repairs are one-visit jobs. We arrive with the common replacement parts — pulleys, gliders, ropes — and a stocked service van, so we rarely have to reschedule a second trip.
