Recessed
Track hidden in the coping, motor housed in a recessed vault below the deck. Cleanest aesthetic — best for new construction where the coping can be prepped around the track.

Deck Mount
Track sits directly on the pool deck. Fastest install, most visible hardware, best for retrofit jobs on existing pools where tearing up the coping isn't practical.

Under Track
Track runs below coping level. A compromise that retrofits well on existing pools while staying visually cleaner than deck-mount — popular with homeowners adding a cover to a 15-year-old pool.
